Welche/r Keramiker/in kennt dieses Problem nicht? Teile der keramischen Schulter brechen beim Abheben der Krone vom Stumpf ab. Einige Systeme versuchen dieses Problem durch ein Keramikpulver-Wachsgemisch zu lösen. Die Keramik kann damit aber nur unzureichend verdichtet werden. Ergebnis sind Porositäten und schlechte Pass ungen der Keramik schultern.
Unsere Lösung: Die Schultermasse wird in bewährter Weise aufgebracht und verdichtet. Erst danach wird al dente Keramikschulterwachs auf die Keramikschulter appliziert. Die keramische Schulter wird durch die aufgebrachte Wachsschicht stabilisiert und kann ohne Gefahr vom Stumpf abgehoben werden. Dadurch ergibt sich eine optimale Passung und die Keramikschulter weist keine Porositäten auf. Das rein organische Keramikschulterwachs von al dente, weist einen niederen Tropfpunkt auf, diffundiert leicht in die Keramikmasse ein und verbrennt rückstandslos (Mindestbrenntemperatur 780°C).
