Die ProSplint e3 ist eine hochmoderne Desktop-Fräsmaschine, die speziell für die optimierte Aligner-Fertigung entwickelt wurde. Mit ihrer präzisen und effizienten Arbeitsweise ist sie ideal für Zahnärzte und Kieferorthopäden, die qualitativ hochwertige Aligner herstellen möchten.

Das Trennen von gebrauchsfertigen Alignern aus Tiefziehfolien erfolgt mit der ProSplint e3 voll automatisch und in nur wenigen Sekunden. Dabei wird eine Präzision und Qualität erreicht, die eine zeitaufwändige Nachbearbeitung erübrigt. Sie sparen sich somit das mühsame und zeitaufwändige Aus- und Zuschneiden Ihrer tiefgezogenen Schienen und optimieren Ihren Fertigungsprozess nachhaltig.

Die ProSplint e3 ist mit der TrimCAD-Software ausgestattet, die die optimale Trimline der Aligner automatisch ermitteln kann. Die Software kann jedoch auch manuell festgelegt und als individuelles Strategieprofil gespeichert werden. So können die unterschiedlichen Präferenzen verschiedener Behandler hinterlegt und jederzeit abgerufen werden.

Die Maschine verfügt über einen Adapter, der bei der Modellerstellung eingefügt und direkt mit ausgedruckt wird. Dadurch entfällt das komplizierte Einspannen der Folien und die Modelle können mit nur einem Handgriff in die Maschine eingelegt und leicht getauscht werden.

Die ProSplint e3 ist Teil des Gesamtsystems von al dente Dentalprodukte für eine einfache und wirtschaftliche Aligner-Fertigung. Die Maschine ist in der Lage, hochtransparente Tiefziehfolie für Schienen in höchster Qualität zu verarbeiten und arbeitet in Kombination mit schnellen 3D-Druckern für die Modellherstellung sowie Lichtpolymerisationsgeräten für das gesamte Modell-Materialspektrum.

Insgesamt ist die ProSplint e3 eine zuverlässige und benutzerfreundliche Lösung für die Aligner-Fertigung, die sich durch ihre Qualität, Funktionalität und Effizienz auszeichnet.
